Our Direct-Hire process essentially provides your company with highly skilled Human Resource professionals to source and vet all potential candidates, those currently employed and those who are transitional. We will screen potential employees in a three tier system: behavioral based interviewing, complete reference checks, and all necessary testing to ascertain the viability of each potential candidate. We take extreme pride in our ability to assist and completely guarantee our services through our contingency placement model. You pay no additional cost based on the length of time it takes us to find you the perfect hire. We confidently provide 100% contingency replacement protection for the first 90 days.

TEMP TO HIRE

The Temp-to-Hire option merges temporary contract placement with our Direct-Hire process. Before you know if someone is a good fit in your corporate environment, on the job time must be spent. We invite our clients to work with a potential permanent employee as a temporary worker for a specified period of time while ArcInfo does the heavy lifting regarding payroll and associated taxes. We expect that once you get to know the candidate we have chosen with care and skill for you, that you will wish to transition them from our payroll to yours, making them a permanent hire. Our three tiered hiring process is the same for temp to hire candidates as it is for direct hire. We use these systems because they work, and regardless of your needs, you are afforded the exact same expertise.

CONSULTING

As a part of this process, ArchInfo remains the employer of record for these experienced professionals. They are our employees and we take responsibility for all taxes, and employment costs associated with their temporary or contractual employment. We take the same care and implement the same process with clients in need of temporary staffing as we do with those requiring Direct-Hire placement.
